No Courtesy Bumps At The Scales
Period!!!

New Buisness:

Founaris Brothers Resturant is now requiring a minimum food/drink order of $150 in order to continue to use the meeting room. Additionally, they bring in a private waitress for us and require us to provide a minimum $30 tip. Bottomline, if we want to continue to meet at Founaris Brothers, members need to make every effort to eat or drink approximately $10 worth at each meeting. We were about $30 short at the April meeting. Also, members are encouraged to tip the waitress generously. She has done a great job of taking care of us. I didn't ask, but if the tips I saw on the tables when I left are all that was given, we didn't make the $30 minimum tip.
There will not be a club cook-out at Lake Martin this weekend.
Ron Fairbanks informed those that have paid their BASS Federation dues were now eligible to fish Federation tourneys for 2006.
John "G" provided a colorful and entertaining rendition of the fishing adventure that he and Dan Nash had pre-fishing for the March tourney at Miller's Ferry. Our take from their misfortune should be, "If you are in unfamiliar water, watch your speed."
Tony Boyett had his own "gut busting" "tail" to tell. The lesson to learn from his story was......well there really was no lesson. It was just plain ol' funny.
If you want to know their stories,
ask them.
