Message From The President:

Just a reminder that your motions to change the constitution and fishing rules are due by the August meeting.
Any change must be in writing.
Be sure to give the current wording to be changed, your proposed change and then the reason for the change. Your proposal will be published for everyone to read prior to the September meeting.
We will then ask you to explain the reason for the proposed change at the September meeting. We will vote on the proposal at our October meeting with no discussion (only clarifications).
Also, if you would like to run for an office on the EBoard, please let any current board member know in writing prior to the October meeting.

Good Fishing,
Dave

July Tournament:

The July tournament was held on the Tensaw River out of Cliff's Landing. Twenty two Hawg Hunter's were present at the blast off. This month we had an equal number of boaters and non-boaters in the draw. All boaters who wanted to got to take their boats. At the weigh in only 14 of the 22 showed up with fish. All members were wearing their hats and shirts except one. No one had a limit this time and only three anglers had more than three fish.
It was a tough day of fishing.
Eight participants found themselves in the "Also Fished" category. The total weigh for the tournament was 36.09 pounds
