Message From The President:

As we go into the summer heat i want to remind you all about taking care of yourselves and your fish. First, and most importantly, drink plenty of liquid.
You can dehydrate quickly in this heat. Wear your floppy hats and use sun screen. Remember that we weigh in at 2;00 PM in June, July and August because of the heat. Now for your fish. You should keep your Golden Rule in a locker.
Do NOT leave it in the sun. It gets very very hot and will fry the lateral line on any fish you put on it. The fish uses this lateral line to hunt, recognize food and your offerings. if you forget and leave the Golden Rule in the sun, at lease dip it in the water for a few seconds before you put your fish on it.

Good Fishing,
Dave
