Tournament Rule 3a.

                                        a. Summer season tournaments shall have a weigh in time of 2:00p.m. for the months of June, July and August. All two day tournaments will have a weigh in at 1:00p.m. on the second day. 

Proposed 2014 Change:

                                        a. Summer season tournaments shall have a weigh in time of 1:00p.m. for the months of June, July and August. All two day tournaments will have a weigh in at 1:00p.m. on the second day. 

Reason:  To eliminate any confustion at all future weigh-ins by bringing the Summer season tournaments in line with the 2nd day of 2 day tournaments.
