Reasons for proposed change:

No need to say it twice in the rules.

We already state "any member arriving back at the dock after the official weigh-in time is automatically disqualified from that days weigh-in."

and that "A disqualification shall result in the forfeiture of all points as outlined in section: A 1, 2, and 3 and section: B. 1, 2, and 3

A. One day tournament:
1. Tournament points
2. Fishing points
3. Shirt and Hat points

B. Two day tournament
1. Tournament points for the day of Disqualification
2. Fishing Points for the day of Disqualification"

No need to say it twice in the rules
