Constituiton & By-Laws Change Proposal for 2018

Article III Section 1. Officers and Elections:

Add the following: 

 G.  Establishment of the position of WEBMASTER.  This is not necessarily an elected position due to the nature of skills and computer knowledge required. It may be held in conjunction with an elected position.  The webmaster will receive free annual dues per/quarter for the year.  This position is NOT a voting member of the E-board unless he is concurrently holding an elected e-board position. In that case he will vote in his e-board capacity but not as position of Webmaster.

Reasons for proposed change:

Due to the time required to maintain and keep the website updated shall receive free annual dues per/quarter for the year.  Since this position is not necessarily an “elected” position free dues are granted per/quarter of service.
